To ensure that we can continue to manage our projects safely and with foresight, we are looking for a structured project manager who has both technical and organisational skills – and ideally already has management experience.
What you can expect from us:
- Project responsibility with depth: you will manage projects in the field of high and medium voltage – especially for substations – while keeping a firm grip on technology, time and budget.
- Creating structure: You plan systematically, think ahead and manage all project phases – from the initial idea to commissioning.
- Coordination with sensitivity: You lead project teams, liaise with specialist planners, customers, authorities and partners and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Variety guaranteed: In addition to substations, we also manage other grid solutions – no two projects are the same.
What you should bring with you:
- A degree in electrical engineering, power engineering or a comparable technical qualification.
- Experience in project management, ideally in the field of high/medium voltage or energy infrastructure.
- A structured, solution-orientated way of working and enjoy taking on responsibility.
- Leadership skills – whether through previous team responsibility or from a position with coordination tasks.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in complex situations.
